YOU GUYS. March 23rd marks the 4th anniversary of the first wedding I ever photographed as Dorien Gray Photography! AHH!! In honor of this anniversary, I’m doing something new! It’s the biggest giveaway I’ve ever held. One lucky couple will receive a complimentary full day (8 hours) elopement / wedding photography package!

I believe that love is the greatest adventure that we can be a part of and that makes it worth everything. So, let us chase after love. Let us chase after light. Let us embrace the wild. Let’s allow ourselves to feel deeply and allow ourselves to run wild and free. Even the smallest moment can hold great adventure – I would love to be a part of yours.

For a little over one weeks, I’ll be accepting entries from engaged couples who are still searching for their perfect photographer to document their most special day. I would LOVE the chance to capture these precious moments and celebrate with you! Whether you’re local or far away (travel expenses - transportation/lodging - not included in package), this giveaway is an incredible opportunity to have a photographer you feel connected to, without money or distance becoming an issue.

Entries will close on Sunday, Feb 18th, 2018 at 11:59pm EST. Three finalists will be chosen, and the official winner will be announced on February 28th! All of the details are below. I ask that you please read all of the rules before entering! It may take some time, but your wedding day is a really important day. I don’t want there to be surprises or confusion. How To Win:

Entries will be accepted until February 18th, 2018 at 11:59pm EST. I will then choose 3 finalists. Each finalist must be available to chat with me in person, through a phone call, or via Facebook Video Chat. We will schedule a time between Monday, February 19th, 2018 and Thursday, June 22nd, 2018. Even though this is a free gift, your wedding day is SO important, and I want to make sure I’m the right photographer for you! The best way to do this is for us to connect outside of email.

Official rules for the Dorien Gray Photography Elopement or Wedding Photography Giveaway:

You must be 18 years or older to enter.
-
Your wedding date must be between March 1st of 2018 and December 31st of 2018. Your wedding can take place in the United States or internationally.
-
A contract must then be signed within 1 week of winning.
-
If you win, and your wedding is taking place more than 50 miles outside of Atlanta GA, you agree to pay for all travel expenses for myself and a second shooter (if applicable). I will make all travel arrangements and give you a quote before we sign the contract – don’t worry, I’ll keep the cost low! If travel costs need to be added, a 30% non-refundable payment will be required at the time of signing, and the ending amount will be due 2 months before the wedding date (if time permits). If wedding is before two months after signing agreement, the entire travel cost will be required upfront.

This wedding photography giveaway includes a complimentary engagement session for couples within the Atlanta Metropolitan area. If you’re outside of this area, you’ll receive an extra hour of coverage on your wedding day instead.

You must have a date set when entering this contest. If you don’t have a set date just yet but are close to having one, please feel free to enter, and we’ll discuss further. Your wedding must be on a day that isn’t already booked by Dorien Gray Photography. If I am already booked on your date, I will let you know right away!

Couples who have already booked Dorien Gray Photography are not eligible to enter this contest.

You cannot already be contracted with a different photographer.

The winning couple will be selected from 3 finalists. Each finalist must be available to chat with me in person, through a phone call, or via Facebook. We will schedule a time between Monday, February 19th and Thursday, February 22nd. I will definitely try to work with everyone’s schedules, but if the finalists cannot be available for the interview, they will be disqualified.

The winner will be chosen by Dorien Gray Photography, and all decisions are final. The winner will be announced on my Instagram account on Feb 26rd, 2018.

If for any reason the winning couple cannot claim their prize, they will be disqualified, and the runners-up will be awarded the prize at the discretion of Dorien Gray Photography.

Only one couple will be awarded the grand prize. The winning wedding/elopement package will include a complimentary engagement session for a couple local to Dorien Gray Photography, or an additional hour of wedding coverage for a couple not local to Dorien Gray Photography. It will also include up to 8 hours of coverage on their wedding day, an online gallery, and a USB of approximately 300 high-resolution photographs with personal printing rights. A sneak peek will be given within 48 hours of the wedding day, and the full gallery will be ready for the couple within 3 weeks of their wedding date. The approximate value of this package is $3,864.00
